First Graders have been doing a very mini unit on rocks. We have read some wonderful books and have had the chance to look closely at our classroom rock collection. We were also able to do some comparing and contrasting of our three favorite rocks.
M has been telling us all about the rock unit. He even pointed out that my wedding ring is very special because it is the hardest rock in all the world! Thanks so much for making learning so engaging and FUN!
