Flying to Israel

It was an exciting day in first grade!  We received our passports in the morning and boarded our first plane in the afternoon!  First stop: Israel!  During our flight, we enjoyed some informational videos learning about some traditions and customs of Hannukuh celebrated during this time of year.  We will be spending a few days in Israel as we continue to learn about this holiday.  We also looked at a map after arriving to see the journey that our plane had taken, and where exactly Israel is located in our world.
