Highlights from the Week of May 2, 2022
This week, like usual, we did a lot of fun things and learned a lot along the way!
Here are a few highlights from our week.
We:
Wrote our opinion pieces about our favorite foods and tried to write reasons to support our opinions
Learned about the sun and did a project showing us how the sun can be helpful with directions
Finished our Earth Day projects - they are now hanging in our hallway and look beautiful!
Did many math activities that focused on building and counting numbers with a focus on groups of tens and ones
Practiced making predictions while listening to stories based on the feelings we get while reading them
Went to the forest and learned about birds and their songs
Made another observation of the buds on the trees behind our classroom and noticed a big change this week!
