A Special Guest
We had our first visit with Miss Virginia on Friday! Miss Virginia is an educator who works for the New England Dairy Council under a grant-funded program and will be visiting our first-grade classes five times over the next month or so. She will be teaching us about many different types of farms in Vermont and the importance of them.
Her first visit focused on dairy farms and farm animals. We learned so much about cows, dairy products, and we even got to make butter!
