Highlights from the Week of January 10, 2022
This week was another fun week full of learning and laughing together!
We:
Had a Guidance lesson with Ms. Spaulding and learned about empathy
Learned how the nonfiction features photographs and labels help the reader learn more information
Read a book called Creature Features and learned about special features that different animals have that help them to survive
Played “Missing Numbers” on the 120 chart
Started noticing patterns on the 120 chart
Learned about Martin Luther King, Jr.and thought of something that we each could do to help change the world
Did a baby and parent animal matching game and learned about all of the things a parent animal must provide their offspring in order for them to survive (during our outdoor learning time)
Had our “PJs, Stuffies, and Blankets” day!
Spent some time learning about self-regulation
