Sprouted Bean Seeds!

After leaving our bean seeds in a plastic bag with a wet paper towel over the weekend, students were surprised to see that after a few days, something had changed!  The beans looked "fatter, crackly, and roots were growing out of them". Students examined the beans carefully and recorded their observations.
