Reading and Retelling Nonfiction

First graders have been working hard learning all about nonfiction texts, how to read them closely, how to learn as much as possible from them, how to find and identify key words, and how to retell a nonfiction text.  Phew!  That's a lot of work and they are doing an amazing job with all of it!
